What should I do if I am running late?
Traffic to and around the Napa Valley traffic can sometimes be very congested. If you find you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible so we can hold your reservation. We ask you to allow 90 minutes with us, the time required for us to pour the five wines you will taste. Unfortunately, if you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may have to reduce the number of wines you will taste.
What should we do if we can't make our reservation?
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible. We will give you a full refund or reschedule your reservation if you contact us 48 hours in advance. If you cancel within 48 hours, we are happy to apply your tasting fees to a future reservation. Please email us at email@example.com for assistance.
Are children allowed to accompany adults during their Tasting?
To ensure a relaxing and intimate experience for all our guests, we kindly request that all visitors be at least 21 years of age.
Are pets allowed at the winery?
Only certified service animals are allowed on the property. No other pets at the vineyard, please. Our winery dogs are at work! Thank you for understanding.
May we bring our lunch or snacks to enjoy before, during, or after our Tasting?
While we are unable to allow outside food on the property, you may purchase a bottle of our wine to enjoy nearby at R+D Kitchen (corkage is free).
Is this a private tasting or is it communal seating?
All of our reservations offer private tables for tastings in the vineyard, or in our Tasting Room during inclement weather.
Do you allow walk-in guests?
We are a small family-owned winery and want every guest to have a private and intimate tasting experience, so we are unfortunately unable to offer walk-in appointments. Our popular Tastings fill up weeks in advance, and many reservations are taken by our members. Since space is limited, please reserve your Tasting 2-3 weeks in advance of your visit.
What is your cancellation policy?
All tasting fees are fully refundable up to 48 hours in advance of your reservation. If your plans change and you need to reschedule or cancel, please contact us as soon as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org. We are happy to apply your fees to a future date/time.
Your reservation is also completely transferable online. Go to the "My Account" area of Tock and, using the upper right navigation pane, select "Your Tickets". Each ticket has a transfer button which allows you to put it in another person's name.
Can I reschedule my reservation for a different day or time?
Yes, if your plans change and you need to change your reservation, please contact us at email@example.com, so we can apply your tasting fees to a future date/time.
I have a request for a special event and don't see any reservations for groups over 12 guests. What are my options?
If you are a member with us and would like to schedule a special event, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Why do you require pre-paid reservations?
Pre-paid reservations allow us to anticipate and confirm who is coming so we can provide sufficient staff for our private tastings.
How can I become a Member of O’Brien Estate for Free Tastings and other Member Benefits?
Our wines are fully subscribed to our members. However, we do have periodic cancellations and will offer these spaces to guests on our waiting list. We will be in touch with you once an opening becomes available.
Members receive free quarterly tastings, invitations to quarterly member parties and other events, as well as reduced shipping prices.
What if we can't book a reservation online?
If we are fully reserved at the time you requested, you can add yourself to the waitlist, and we will contact you if a space becomes available. Please email us at email@example.com for help.
