2007 Unrestrained Reserve

Our winemaker David Yorgensen hand-selects the outstanding barrels of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, and Merlot from the 160 red wine barrels in our winery. These wines then are blended without restraint as to proportions in the vineyard or by varietal designation, into the finest wine we can make each vintage.
